$ rpm -q iperf
iperf-2.0.5-13.fc21.x86_64

If you are going to test in both directions, open a port 5001 TCP on both sides.

PC-A:
$ iperf -s -i 1

PC-B:
$ iperf -c <PC-A IP> -i 1


Afterward you can replace the role:

PC-B :
$ iperf -s -i 1

PC-A:
$ iperf -c <PC-B IP> -i 1
