Can't get tftpd working

#Though you manually created the i.e "my_switch_conf.CONF" file make sure that
these file has world writeable permissions after you have loaded the swith ||
router conf you change it back to 644.

#Remember the time out! message it is always related to this on my years of
using TFTP to do the same work as you do with cisco devices.
