This probably explains what happened:

"The |?| condition is also shown at start-up, until at least 3 samples 
have been gathered from it."

It was waiting to collect enough samples to calculate the displayed

And it looks like I've fixed firewalld in the server [box48]. So we are 
back to normal with firewalld and selinux active on all computers.
