SELinux preventing lightdm to login

If you can log in as root somehow, which you seem  able to since you got 
the journal output, you should be able to put SELinux in permissive 
mode, which will allow you to log in.  Remember, to make it cross 
reboots, you'll need to set it in the conf file too.

Then you can toubleshoot your problem.
