I don't know how 'prelink' works, it was default on <f21 (excluded on
f20-desktop live (gnome) too), if you have it installed
# rpm -q prelink 
you can try (check its man page first)
# prelink -ua 
then remove it. Maybe it can cause size changes in libraries-binaries.

If you have it installed, you can find some info here why it is removed
now.
