Printing CD labels

I tried to use glabels3 to create the Neato CLP-192301
layout (see 
http://i.ebayimg.com/00/s/MTYwMFgxMjM2/z/w4oAAOSwLVZVi2ar/$_57.JPG)
but it will not let me creat the 3 up labels sheet. Only the 2 up,
which is supported in the xml files in
/usr/share/libglabels-3.0/templates/misc-iso-templates.xml
/usr/share/libglabels-3.0/templates/misc-us-templates.xml

Next I tried to use kover - but no binaries are available, only git 
source tarball,
and it does not compile :)
Missing packages.
