NO!!!!! ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!! The installer ignored my debian
installation, and I had to configure manually grub to be able to boot
both fedora and debian!

Anaconda seems to be unable to deal with software raid1!

1- I try to manually make my partitions at the beginning of the
installation process. I wanted a /boot partition on 2 disks with raid1
(sda3 and sdb3) but nowhere I could find the "drop menu" to say that I
wanted a raid1 device...

I had to build the raid from my debian install (using mdadm) and then
anaconda was able to use it....

Similarly, I had to build a raid array for the rest of the
installation, using lvm, on disk sda4 and sdb4, building all the stuff
with mdadm, pvcreate, vgcreate and lvcreate.... By chance, anaconda
understood the construction! I'm lucky!

2- I think that anaconda was unable to read the boot partition for my
debian installation because it was on a raid1 device and that is the
reason why no entry for this system was created in grub config.

A long time ago, I made all these constructions with a prior version
of anaconda (it was in fedora 10 I presume).... Progress is going on!
