Where is the menu function "copy", "cut" and "paste" in gnome nautilus/file 3.16.2

In this tread I do not talk about CTRL+v|c or right click, but a
classic menu in which there are the classic function copy and
paste.
Like all application have.

IMHO: It is absurd remove it
