Using Fedup

BACKUP!!! , I'm getting the feeling that Fedup isn't trustworthy.

I have  customize partitions , a  /  and a  /home partitions .

is this any problem for Fedup ?

I have always done a Fresh Install and never had any problems with my 
/home partition because I never formatted it like I did my / partition.
