Look at the parent build:

  http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=10170444

RPM build errors:
/var/tmp/rpm-tmp.6OGjea: line 31: /usr/bin/python: No such file or directory
error: Bad exit status from /var/tmp/rpm-tmp.6OGjea (%build)

Seems like it cannot find python, which is odd since any Fedora
installation should have it, yum/dnf is written written in python!
