Well, here's a conundrum.  Heinz uses it and it works, but the
documentation says it shouldn't work.  =><=

There must be some functionality disabled on Heinz' system.  Gracefully
disabled, or everything would crash.

Heinz, what does cat /proc/cgroups show?
