Is upgrading to fedora 23 safe?

3 servers and 1 desktop work flawless doing this,
8 servers to go:

   dnf clean all
   dnf update -y
   systemctl reboot
   dnf system-upgrade download --release=23
   dnf system-upgrade reboot
