You can either: 

1. Make a fedora acount: 
https://admin.fedoraproject.org/accounts/user/new
login with it, and then click on 'add email address' and confirm your
other address. Then you can manage things with it.

2. Use the persona login link and enter your address there. 
You can then manage things once you login.
