gnome-shell-extension-openweather not working

Apparently it's now required to sign up and get a personal API key, and
enter that in the preferences, for it to work. After doing that, it's
working again. (Prior to that, I filed
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1270604 .)
