F22: Interrupted system update

Before you can even think of repairing the software package set, you need to  
verify the integrity of your filesystem and the RPM database.

touch /forcefsck

then reboot. The reboot will fsck all your partitions. Trying to fix your  
software packages is a wasted effort, if you discover later that your  
filesystem is corrupt.

After the reboot, run

rpm --rebuilddb

to rebuild the rpm database. Afterwards, run rpm -V against the NEWER  
version of systemd and dnf packages. Only if rpm -V gives a clean bill of  
health would it be safe to forcefully remove the older versions from systemd  
and dnf.
