Bluetooth woes (again)

Yes, but I find them very awkward to use.  Perhaps a huge handball that
you can palm (like the old missile command arcade game) would get around
the main awkwardness.  But the main thing is that I find multiple
selection of items with anything other than a mouse very difficult.

e.g. Hold down shift and click on the first and last things you want to
select, or hold down control and select any random things you want to.

It's an awful of of spider-like finger twiddling to do such things, or
accurate and rapid darting about the screen, with a trackball.

The mouse is just acceptable for a bit of on-screen painting, such as
polishing up some photos, the trackball is awful.  For any large amount
of on-screen drawing, I have a humungous Wacom drawing table (tablet is
an understatement), the drawing area is bigger than A3.

As un-ergonomic as it is, the mouse is the least worst general purpose
pointing device.
