upgrade to 23 when it comes out

One of the points that bothered me about fedup was that (in my experience) there was no Y/N question before going ahead with the actual update (which both yum and dnf have before going through with an update, unless explicitly called with the -y option). It simply went through the list to download and then went on updating/upgrading. 

Is this option there when distro-sync is done using dnf?
