how to create rescue disk fedora 23

i was trying to build a bootable USB drive for tails testing and somwhow, i
don't know how as i was being Real careful,
it hammered my boot disk. recovery guidance on the web didnt work.

so, as i was on f21, i jumped up to f23, but crave turmoil avoidance.
