It seems not realted to my case.
I get no errors: only black screen with "Booting from Hard Disk...." and the
_ prompt at the right of the screen without doing anything.
My cdrom was an iso file, not a relad physicaldevice of the host.
I tried to shutdown the vm, remove the cd and set boot from hd and I
continue getting this problem.....
Also, sometimes in rh el 5.4 as soon as I shut down the windows vm I
created, it disappears, from both virt-manager window and from the output of
"virsh list --all". The only way to have it back is run again the "virsh
create file.xml" command.
I see this in ~root/.virt-manager/virt-manager.log when I shutdown vm and
get it disappeared:

It doesn't happen each time, but very often..
Is this another bug I went through? Is it related with the virsh create
command itself or the guest type itself?
The uid inside the "domain not found" line above was the one I had
previously in F12 host and that I kept unchanged in the xml file I used to
create the new domain.....

Latest lines in /var/log/libvirt/qemu/winxp.log don't seem interesting:
