[fedora-virt] Clock jumping

It was.  I recently switch to chrony to see if that made any difference, 
but apparently not.  Clock would jump and ntpd would bail.

I have other Fedora 12 and Centos 5.4 guests on this host that don't 
seem to have any trouble.  Just this F13 guest.
