Don't have that installed, and would rather not.

# cat /etc/adjtime
0.002235 1272986354 0.000000
1272986354
LOCAL

[root at zabbix ~]# hwclock
Mon 10 May 2010 08:58:13 AM MDT  -0.549817 seconds
[root at zabbix ~]# date
Mon May 10 08:58:16 MDT 2010

Basically the same as my other vms.

System boots up with the correct time.
