The config is a build-time thing. When Dom0 pvops Xen is fully
merged into Fedora there will only be one single binary kernel
image & RPM, that supports both Xen and Native. ie There is to
be no separate kernel-xen at that time. Thus by definition there
is no different .config for Xen vs native.
