[fedora-virt] Can't install Win7 in KVM

looks like you're using 'raw' type for the disk image.

try using 'qcow2'.  this allowed me to get pass what
appears to have been the same thing i had hit.  but
then i ran into the problem of win 7 guest not booting
off the disk.
