Ran into a problem as linked below:

Workaround below:
selinux usb boolean is on.
1: Inserted and unmounted a usb stick in F14-Host.
2: Highlighted a guest in Virt-Manager,
switched to virtual machine details.
3: add "Physical Host Device" click forward
add usb device from "device Type" then device.
(usb symbol will be added to devices)
As original post usb device must be physicall inserted\attached to hst
first. Will test other usb devices later.
Can others test my example?
In case it's errant behaviour.
