[fedora-virt] Problem installing Fedora 20 cloud image

I'd expect to see the hard disk being seen by the guest, ie.  a
message similar to this in the kernel output:

If you're not seeing something like that, then something very
low-level is going wrong about how the disk is presented to the guest.

This is possibly a libvirt or Xen issue.
