[fedora-virt] improving win7 guest sound and video performance

Thanks very much Cole!

Mid week on the clock and issue is fixed (qemu-1.6.2-8).

I just wish video lip-sync also gets fixed eventually. Do you know if
there's a bug for that? Unfortunately and for some time now video and audio
on youtube are always out of sync.
