Already filed and fixed:

If I remember right, you can 'rpm --erase --noscripts --nodeps
libvirt-daemon-1.2.8-1.fc20.x86_64' (also -2, since the fix isn't in
until -3), instead of completely uninstalling and reinstalling libvirt.
