Text in Spanish on English-language Web Page

I already changed it, that mistake had a month online before anyone took
notice (I checked the history). It was a bad copy&paste probably, because
the spanish text was a duplicate of the first paragraph of the page plus the
table of contents (just in spanish), totally out of place.
