Wiki CSS change to <pre>

Where is the wiki's fedora.css maintained?  I have a suggested change:

pre {
  /* whatever is in here already */
  margin-top: 0.5ex;
  margin-bottom: 1.5ex;
}

This would help the code boxes in the wiki breathe a little,
especially where they're surrounded by a list, as often happens.
