#23: Create index of available Fedora community websites

 During our April 29, 2010 Board Meeting [1] we approved fedora-uk.org and
 Mike McGrath set up a redirect from uk.fedoraproject.org to it.

 In the course of discussion about that, we agreed it would be useful if
 www.fedoracommunity.org (currently returns a 500) would be able to list
 all such fedoracommunity sub-domains.  This would allow greater visibility
 for the Fedora community sites we've granted TLAs.  Note that some of
 these are redirects to other sites and some are physically hosted by us.
