Some little fixes

I send you two more patches to fix little invalid or wrong CSS 2.1 and HTML
4.01 Strict. After applying the patches, the <noscript> tag in the <head> is
the only thing that prevents the website to meet HTML 4.01 Strict.

As I said in the IRC, I registered this project in Ohloh.net. Perhaps you'd
like to check it out:

You can add anything you want to the summary, the journal, etc.. But for
doing it you need to be registered. As I've seen in the contributors list,
mairin is the only one who already has an account, so you may ask her too if
you want to add something but you don't want to register.
