giallu on IRC brought this up to me now, I checked all the patches,
and they all have been applied, except #2, which will break when
you're attempting to click the link from a blog post. I'll look on the
WP codex for appropriate functions that will allow a correct URL to be
formed, until then, I'm checking in the other patches.
