 The Fedora design team members frequently make blog posts on our work and
 our team, such as the design bounty psts, but the posts are scattered
 across different team members' personal blogs. This makes it hard for
 example to have a central place where anyone can look up our bounties.

 = analysis =

 We thought it might be nice to have a shared blog on the Fedora blog
 server where we could all log in from and post so the content is hosted
 with Fedora and membership can be managed.

 = enhancement recommendation =

 I know FAS doesn't allow creation of blogs per FAS group, so it's okay to
 manually add/remove design team members to a shared blog at this point. I
 believe the name of the FAS group is designteam or design-team.
