Cancel account request - account name "wsl"

Hello Paul

My request to close the account was made because I do not want to give a 
telephone number - and without this information I cannot get access to 
any actions such as uploading a self-made RPM for review.

Darren's suggestion to mark the account inactive is OK by me.
