[PATCH] Update get-help to reflect new default IRC client

Empathy replaced Pidgin as our default IRC client.  This fixes
bz#610977.

All, Eric kindly provided this fix for bz#610977.  Anyone spot
anything wrong with it?

Eric, is the email above the one you'd prefer for attribution in the
