Seems to be fine now.  I just successfully downloaded the package from
that URL without a problem.  Can you check again and let us know if
you're still having trouble?  If so, provide a little more detail on
the nature of the failure (what command you're running, the output of
that command, the IP(s) you are seeing failures from, etc.).
