Problem in downloading

I think there is a problem in your server.
I used transmission bit torrent client to download Fedora-13-i686-Live.iso

But ,

If go through the picture that I have attached , you will find

Downloaded:-17.9Mb
Have:-9.0Mb



So, the efficiency of your server is  50%.

My service provider do limit my data usage 2Gb per month.

Please help me complete my download successfully.
