Sounds like the mirror your were pointed to was having a problem. If
you click on the link again, it should direct you to another mirror.
If you still have the problem, do this

1. Let us know which mirror you are directed to and we'll contact the
mirror owner on the issue.
2. Go to the mirror page and find the mirrors that is closest to you.
