Check out http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Websites/ShowUs
It runs a local copy of the git repo on your computer so you can easily 
build and test the websites. Also instead of make test you can do only 
make <language_code> test.
For example for Japanese you can do make ja test or make en test for 
English.
