Can not apply po file to fpo.

Hi Taira,
Which po file is it?
Our Transifex is not stable any more. Work is in progress concerning
its migration to newer version.
Which is the error you get while trying to upload your po file?
By default, if you get a "file not found" error using transifex, try
to refresh the cache (button appear only while logged in).

If you still can't upload your file, send it to me and I'll push it for you.
