Missing link "report a problem" on main page

Hi there!
I was looking at Fedora web pages and haven't found link to "report a 
problem" on main page. I've found it after some clicking on web site 
(not so difficult to find it out) but I think it would be nice to have 
it on main page. It isn't shame to admit that Fedora (or RHEL) contains 
bugs.
