Preupgrade page missing instruction for connection via proxy

Hi

I've just read http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Upgrading (for the second
time, had forgotten from F14) and I am missing a small notice like this:

Proxy
If you are behind a proxy server, please run the following commands before
running 'preupgrade':
# export http_proxy=http://<proxyserver>:<proxyport>
# export https_proxy=https://<proxyserver>:<proxyport>

It would have saved me from looking on the web (again), so I'm sure its'
useful for someone else :-)
