I didn't get many responses to the whenisgood page, but from what I did get,
I decided that the best time will be 17:30 UTC, this Saturday.
If you did respond to the whenisgood page, but this hour is unsuitable for
you, it might be possible that you forgot to set your timezone properly,
please tell me so we can create a new whenisgood page and start again.
