Please update "ja" language in FAS

Hi, FAS is a web application so fedora infrastructure (oh  which I'm a part)
deploys it.  We're planning to make a new release a week or two after Fedora
16 comes out.  I've got test packages up on
https://admin.stg.fedoraproject.org/accounts/  if you'd like to take a look.
If I need to be sure and pull translations from transifex once more before
the final release, let me know.
