 I can confirm the same issue exists for zh_CN translation pages. And after
 some investigation I find a fix for the first half issue (spins-chi1.png):
 just add style 'clear: both;' for the h3 tag below the table.

 The problem happens because the div containing the table is floated to the
 left side, and in Chinese version the table rows have less width, thus h3
 comes up.
