As some of you probably know, i always have an eye on peoples privacy,
therefor i think it is Fedoras responsibility to guard ones privacy
whenever and where ever it can, as being Free in so many ways.

Opening a web browser to an outside site always immediately generates
privacy-data to that site, whether the user wants it or not (at least
you generate IP-traffic).

There are many people who always want to be in control of what data
they send, when and to whom.

The only good choice imho the Fedora Project can make regarding this
issue, is starting with a local page or with 'about:blank' thus
letting users choose by their selves where to go next on the web.
