New transifex feature: downloading only proofread translations

Actually, we are (force) pulling (without commit…) each hours. 
- It could be faster to remove the force flag to tx pull commands, but we
need to be sure that local files could not be newer that remote ones (git
pull could create them?).
- We could pull only daily, but hourly while translating websites for
the release day. (We already do a good job, I've seen many tools without
translations update for months (even year, YUM, yes, I saw you!).
- I am not sure yet how this would be handled by the transifex client,
but I am sure that it will takes less time to download only proofread
translations than all.

That's a really new feature not yet used. I am following the Indifex
upstream, and reading release notes, so I am aware of such progress.
But if we choose do to so, I'll let them know and they will provide
proofreaders. (It does not forbid a proofreader to proofread its own
translations I think.)
