I think I can help there, or maybe we can use a call for action just like
for design. With GSoC we have found there is a lot of people interested in
drupal, so I think won't be a problem to get an admin for the site using
the same Ninja Technique.

Translators won't be a problem either, since 99.9999999% of FUDcon
organizers speak at least basic english, so they can work as translators
for the moment... if that makes sense... and while we get new languages we
can use any google.translator plugin (again, midterm solution)
