 It is damn slow to force pull every strings from transifex during the
 build.
 We should only rsync from a local folder before the build begins.

 The idea could be  (in any case, we need to keep track of the translations
 history on a repo).

 * Having a separate git repo which would be updated by a cron job (tx
 pull, git add and git push). The building script will just pull or rsync
 from here.


 #90 will have to be updated accordingly.
