Hi,

First of all, Fedora 19 is not released yet.
Then, you might take a new look in order to find XFCE named
Fedora-Live-XFCE-i686-19.torrent and Fedora-Live-XFCE-x86_64-19.torrent

On an other side, if you just use spins.fedoraproject.org in order to
download your files, this won't disappoint you.

The naming scheme is not choosen by the Websites team.
It come from our builder, and I don't know why they changed that way.

I just know that we had many fixes today to take this change into account.

Please, have a nice Fedora 19 release and happy install.
